Business Development Associate

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Business Development Associate’s primary role is to provide advanced support to the sales staff by making outbound calls and setting appointments. This includes serving as a liaison and facilitator of accurate and efficient communication with customers, partners, and staff.  The goal of the Business Development Associate is to improve company-wide efficiency and profit by providing a premier level of support to the Sales Department. The Business Development Associate will also assist in an account management role to ensure clients’ needs are being met by our services. Detailed feedback will be documented and relayed to administration for follow up.
